There are only few diets that will help you lose weight and at the same time won’t do harm to your health. Therefore, we have a one week low-carb diet menu which will give you the desired results. Many people claim that they have achieved their ideal weight and at the same time improved the health.
7 DAY LOW-CARB MENU
1ST DAY
Breakfast: 1 pear and cottage cheese
A.M. Snack: Avocado salad with corn, cucumbers, black beans, and tomatoes
Lunch: Baked chicken steak with a bowl of salad
M. Snack: 1 glass of orange juice
Dinner: Tuna salad and greens
2ND DAY
Breakfast: 1 apple and cottage cheese
A.M. Snack: A bowl of mixed greens
Lunch: Vegetable soup and grilled salmon
P.M. Snack: 1 Carrot
Dinner: Turkey steak with broccoli
3RD DAY
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs and 1 tomato
A.M. Snack: 1 apple
Lunch: Grilled salmon with asparagus
P.M. Snack: 1 glass of orange juice
Dinner: Chicken soup and a bowl of mixed vegetables
4TH DAY
Breakfast: 1 orange and cottage cheese
A.M. Snack: 1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain)
Lunch: Baked pork and a bowl of salad
P.M. Snack: 1 banana
Dinner: Chicken breasts with tomato and cucumber salad
5TH DAY
Breakfast: An omelet with 2 eggs and ham
A.M. Snack: Strawberry smoothie
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs with tomato-feta salad
P.M. Snack: 1 glass of orange juice
Dinner: Pork cutlets with romaine lettuce salad
6TH DAY
Breakfast: Fruit salad in a cup of Greek yogurt
A.M. Snack: A handful of almonds
Lunch: Turkey steak and a bowl of veggies
P.M. Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: A plate of rice and greens
7TH DAY
Breakfast: A cup of blueberries with cottage cheese
A.M. Snack: A cup of strawberries
Lunch: Fried shrimp and broccoli salad
P.M. Snack: 1 apple and 1 glass of orange juice
Dinner: Mixed vegetables salad
Stick to this diet for a whole month and then take a break for a week. This week you can eat anything you want. After that, you should go back to the diet. Stay on the diet until you get the desired results.
Rules you should follow while on the diet:
- Drink a lot of of water
- Never skip a meal
- Avoid sugar
- Avoid alcohol
- Avoid soda drinks and coffee
- Don’t eat after 8 pm
- Eat more fruit
- Stay physicaly active
- Be consistent
